Hi, I wouldn't say i was fat or anything of the sort, but almost 2years ago I broke my leg and oviously as a result of not playing any sport and doing no exercise I put on a fair bit of weight. Now im fitter than before and wiegh less than before the injury. However, like most people there is that one thing that I want to change, those annoying bits of fat on my hips, as I say they are huge and in the grand scheme of things they are nothing but id feel happier about myself if I managed to get rid of them! Does anyone have any sure fire ways of doing it? I do alot of cardio I run, cycle ad im in the middle of pre season training for the new football season, my diet isnt so bad. But anyway any ideas on how I can lose them?

Cheers

Hey - just a little word.

Classical excersizes with the stomach and back - takes 10 minutes everyday.

There is no way to spot train. That's stored fat and the only way to get rid of it is to get rid of fat everywhere.

Switch to a high protein, low carb, medium fat diet. Consume about 500cal less a day than you burn. Add 30 minutes of low intensity (65% of max heartrate) cardio to your daily regime.

You'll drop a lb/week of bodyfat and retain your muscle. Classic bodybuilder diet.

It works. I've done it and literally thousands of bodybuilders follow a very similar plan to prep for every contest.
