Dieting is always the hardest part of getting into shape. The most important part is breaking old habits that got you where you are now. Try to pick the most unhealthy parts of your current diet and eliminate them. For me that was soda, coffee, and any sweets which I replaced with O.J., water and fruits. Hello, I am Terbear in Canada, I sure hope you stuck to your goal! I too have started and then stopped what seems like 100 times as well. It is hard to stick to something when you are doing it alone. I even went and bought a treadmill, giving me no excuse not to get off my butt and walk. I refuse to spend money for a gym membership, I find at the end of the day when I do have time, I don't feel like going. Walking for me is free, you can go at any time, and usually find someone to go with you. However, first thing in the morning is the best for me. I hope to find at least one person to make this jouney to healthy living, and if I shed a few lbs too, thats a bonus! Hope to hear from someone! |
